"I feel the room, especially kitchenette area in the suite, could have been cleaner. Dark sinks, some crusty stuff. It was a lovely view, i guess i felt like i right the suite would be roomier; just a very narrow path that even 2 people constantly move around each other. The set up isn't easy if 4 or more guests, that's for sure. The location of the fireplace is bizarre to me. All the way in the far corner of the room. The pool and sauna and hot tub were amazing but the hot tub was overfilled; spilling all over. I've never seen that b4. Restaurant dinner i thought unimpressive limited dessert options; on a friday i wanted a baked type fish. I want offered help by the ushers at the door; although friendly they should offer to watch a lady's cart or help her escort her 6 bags the full block length back to my car. I could have asked but thought later; isn't that why they are standing to greet patrons? I would stay again. View magnificent. Food just about perfect. Staff especially friendly. Ty"

"Seems like hotel was in the process of renovation, downstairs was completed but upstairs (where we stayed) was more dated. Great location on the pier, rooms were clean, and beds were comfortable. "

"I traveled frequently for work and found this to be the best breakfast served, a variety and items were replenished as needed. Rooms were spacious, plenty of storage and a great kitchen area,"
