We arrived and checked in at about 11 pm. After bringing our bags to the room, we found one of the beds had been made, but the sheets had not been changed. We found hair on the pillows, sheets and even found pubic hair in the bed. We immediately (within 15 minutes of check in) went to the front desk and were handed new sheets for us to put on. The next morning, Winnie at reception was very responsive and apologized refunding us for the night. Overall, the hotel is tired. The floors in the room were also slick as though they were greasy. One of my family members actually fell. Nice and responsive staff, but would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The only thing I’m going to say is the bathroom needs some work, Tub had stains and water pressure for shower sucked because shower head looked very old and looked like where the water come out could be clean because it looked molded, But besides that it wasn’t bad to stay a night

My husband and I booked an upgraded king room. Parking was easy out front and we were able to get checked in early. The room was uninviting, floors were dirty. There was dirt and hair where the floor meets the wall. We didn’t get any of the upgrades that were supposed to come with the room (supposed to be free snacks and drinks - got nothing). As soon as we got there we noticed that there was a lot of activity on our floor. The room across from us sounded like there were 8 people talking at once, and they kept opening and closing the door over and over which was extremely loud. Then someone knocked on our door, just some random guy that said “never mind” when we opened. I went to ask for a do not disturb hanger for our door which they didn’t have at the front desk, I had to find a hospitality cart. Then we went swimming in the pool that’s outside near the smoking area. We were the only ones in the pool but some guy that was smoking came over and peered over the fence and tried to start talking to us. We went back to our from a little creeped out. We looked out the window that looks out over the pool/side entrance/smoking area - note- the side door is unlocked and does not need a room key to access - so many sketchy people coming and going. When we went to bed, we hardly slept, as all night long there were people obviously under the influence of many different things yelling and mumbling and slamming doors. We finally woke up at 5:45 to a huge door slam. Not safe. Not worth it

Super friendly staff. Outside of building looks really nice but you can tell that it’s fixing and not updating that is happening. The faucet in my tub was leaking quite heavily despite trying to tighten the faucet knob. I alerted front desk staff, but it was after hours. The room set up was nice, had the king superior suite. The only carpeting in the room was an area rug under the bed. Which meant the room, and noise in the hallway was very loud. You needed to keep the air conditioner on, but it was very loud….you see where I am going?
