Nice hotel room, easy and free parking, clean and variety of options at breakfast. Rang room service 3-4 times and no answer. My hotel room didn’t have tea/coffee refill filled correct, packets were left empty. When I asked the hotel they said we ran out and they’ll check and bring some up. They didn’t turn up.

This hotel was truly excellent staff were amazing. Only complaint was the breakfast was very expensive for a basic continental range. Will be going back but eating breakfast elsewhere. Thank you and well done
