“We had clean rooms, staff was great. We would stay again but no elevator”

“When we arrived and checked in we went to our room and when we unlocked the door with our card there was someone still using the room. So we went back to the front desk to tell them there was someone still in the room the staff had no clue that there was someone still in the room. The person at the front desk got us another room and when we got in that room it didn't look like it was even cleaned. There was hair in the sheets of the bed and hair all over the bathroom floor. And when we checked……

“Services and people are good and willing to help. Yet, room is a bit smaller under of my expectation. It seems like a suite from the booking which is not in fact. However, no regret to stay there.”

“Do not stay here unless you have to. The room was not very clean, and the smoke detectors were chirping. When I said the detectors were chirping, I was given a battery and a stool. Sink drain was plugged. Bath towels were stained. Bed was a six-inch mattress on a frame. Breakfast was a pot of old coffee and oatmeal creme pies. If this place was, say 50 dollars a night, I would not be so pissed, but for 2 days it was almost 180 dollars. Under the bed was filthy and the room was so suspect, I……
