“One short bus ride from Metrotown. Basement accommodations.Better than many of the options in the same price range in the area The host was very responsive and kind. Bed was great. Bathroom was small, but the shower quality was above average.There was no power outlet in the vicinity of the desk for my laptop. Full laundry machines in side room. Despite not having a kitchen, it served it's purpose. Fridge is small with no freezer. Entrance steps are a bit rough if you have issues with stairs.”

“AC in the bedroom was loud. The AC in the living room was not sufficient for the size of the room. The place is outdated.”

“We had a fantastic stay at this property — it was truly beyond our expectations! Our family of four stayed in the basement level one-bedroom, one-bathroom suite, and we were amazed by how spacious it was — over 1,000 square feet! The entire unit is newly renovated, clean, and beautifully maintained. The furnishings are thoughtfully chosen, and the attention to detail is outstanding. The bed linens were 100% cotton and incredibly comfortable. I have to say, the mattress offered excellent support...

“Host was excellent at communicating. Descriptions matched the space perfectly. Very easy to get anywhere inside the greater Vancouver area. Only complaint was the bed in the front bedroom. The frame was clearly meant for a box spring and they put a foam mattress on it. The mattress sunk and didn't lay flat.”
