"We stayed in 104A, a king studio, that had a beautiful ocean view from the bed and on the patio balcony. The electric fireplace kept us cozy and the bed from linens to the mattress was very comfortable. The bathroom was a little dated but the towels were very plush. All in all I would highly recommend the Ocean Promenade hotel and will likely stay here again."

"The team at Accent Inns Burnaby helped us with an early check in while Susan at the check in was very efficient and swift with getting us checked in. Wifi though wasn’t working but that was not a big issue at all. The team got it fixed for the morning. Room was clean and comfortable. We spent a peaceful night during our stay. Overall totally satisfied with our stay and will look forward to booking a stay again at the Accent Inns Burnaby."

Not a problem the hotel can fix, our only real issue was the traffic on the street. It was difficult to get out and going. It was busy all the time."
