“It's definitely a treat for me to stay at YWCA Vancouver. The hotel is better than what I expected, clean and well located, with amazingly friendly and helpful hotel staffs. Absolutely had a wonderful stay at the hotel and would surely recommend to others when visiting the city.”

“We came from Taiwan and stayed a few days in Vancouver. The reason why we chose this hotel is its good location which is near Lions Gate Bridge and therefore close to Stanley park and downtown. In addition, the hotel service is definitely good. In particular, there are several staffs who speak Chinese and are very friendly toward Taiwan people. ”

“離機場很近有機場接送，夜間送機可先預約最晚12：20，附近有家台灣料理很不錯吃人多最好預約，走路只要2-3分鐘店名御牛堂台灣牛肉麵，飯店早餐有待加強！”

“Need some more varieties the breakfast. Everyday same food. The bed too soft. Aircon too old and bit noisy.”

“We have prepaid. The reception staff Mike turned us away telling us the master card without chip can not be acceptable. Even we are willing to pay cash, he still refused us checking in. When we asked for official document, he said unavailable. It made us paying double price to find another hotel at 0200 after 12 hours flying. We were very tired, disaappointed, frustrated. Very bad experience when traveling in Vancouver. Very bad!”
