We stayed at the Hampton for five days to enjoy a vacation and the keys. We had two Service dogs with us that were well accommodated. The first night our AC went out in our room and they promptly changed us to another room the next day when it was brought to their attention. The hotel itself did not have many occupants and it made me wonder why there is a $10 day parking fee when the hotel next to it does not have that fee. Overall would recommend!

We only interacted with the front desk staff who was very helpful at checking. The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect and in the middle of everything however it's still a drive to get to places. The room itself wasn't the greatest, floors were dirty and walls were all marked up. Free breakfast was delicious every day. My fav part was sitting outside on their dock along the water. Pool area was always clean and wildlife stood is a fun to watch.

Location was 1 hr and 15 from Key West, not a great drive at night, grounds were nice , breakfast on point , however when we checkin we found bugs in the room , a roach and live running centipedes…. So scary to find not one but two. When I voiced my concerned Assistant Manager stated that was common and brushed it off like it was nothing . You pay money to stay in these places and very upsetting that is the type of answer you get back, oh and he said, you book through a 3 rd party we can do nothing . Not happy

The room was dirty. Wear shoes or your socks will go black. The bathroom shower was not clean. The room smelled a little musty if the air conditioner want running. The air conditioning thermostat makes clicking noises constantly through out the night making it difficult to sleep. The amenities were fine, the laundry room had one set of machines down, and one dryer barely dries after an hour of use. The breakfast was good they switch things up so it's not exactly the same meal every morning. Not aure why this hotel charges a parking fee as its not like a prime location. Overall, it was not quite up to my expectations of Hilton hotels.
