"Beautiful villa, with a great plunge pool to cool off in when it gets a little too hot. We have a great stay here. The villa is well equiped, decor modern and stylish. Easy to check-in and get the holiday started. When we experienced an issue with the water supply, the Management team was responsive, the situation was resolved and compensation was made. Overall it's a great location to explore the beautiful beaches of the Algarve and would stay again."

"If you’re judging this hotel on the standard of its communal areas, I’d agree with the star rating. If you’re judging this hotel on its bedrooms, it’s no more than a 3\* in my opinion. The rooms are tired and grubby looking. The rug in our room has multiple stains Housekeeping aren’t particularly friendly…or good…I cleaned suspicious looking marks off the toilet seat myself on our arrival The bedding is a polyester blend - we were SWEATING overnight when we stayed in March even with the AC on The headboard is not attached to the divan but instead is loosely bolted to the wall meaning it knocks LOUDLY against the wall all night with every movement Majority of the facilities/communal areas were closed for our visit. I appreciate it’s out of season however, reparation works were taking place ALL OVER the hotel which were loud and intrusive - none of which was mentioned at the time of booking. "
