Mariucci竞技场

Everything is good except for not notifying us there is a 24 hours open Gym next to our room. And the noise comes from the Gym is sooo loud since 6am. I called the front desk, and the lady obviously know that the noise will affect the rooms close to the gym. And she was quite nice to promise to send someone to stop it. But never stops actually. And the next day, I went to the front desk, expressing my disappointment about this. She talked about the rights to use the GYM while I talked about the service and notification ahead about the possible gym noises. And the attitude from her was really bad. This is a really bad experience.

The pool area is closed Mondays & Tuesdays we found out. We also found out more than half of the restaurants were closed also on those days. We were informed of that being typical winter hours but it was a bummer to us especially for the $10 resort daily fees when you don’t use the resort. Please add that in the description for future visitors. The rooms are clean & no microwave! Keep that in mind. The fridge is small but able to hold a few water bottles and soda cans.

The hotel is very clean. But not too much restaurant choice.
