"Elevator would not operate down, so I had to take the stairs with my luggage. Staff knew it and didn’t say anything at checking. Why would to place a disabled person on the second floor. There is another hotel on both sides. Guess what my choice will be next time I pass through Bay City Texas."

On top of that the ice machine doesn’t work. The pool was the only nice thing about our stay, I would never stay here again!"
