"This is a great house in a quiet neighborhood. The views of the lake were amazing! The pictures don't do it justice. We were very pleasantly surprised by how spacious the great room was and how much seating was available. Likewise the deck was a pleasant surprise with both comfy cushioned furniture as well as firmer chairs. Something for everyone and just a great place to hang out with lovely breezes from the lake. I contacted the host once for something I could not find and she responded...

"We really enjoyed staying at The Badger Den! The location is perfect to accessing all of Madison, and it's located in a nice quiet neighborhood. The Hosts were VERY responsive and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed to make our stay great! The beds were super comfortable, plenty of towels, and everything else you could think of to make you feel right at home. It was super fun to watch movies/TV on the projector in the downstairs Badger Den! We would definitely stay here again!...

"It was a great stay. Loved sitting on the back deck watching the fish jump around. Note: the full bed in the bedroom across from the bathroom. Might need a new mattress. The friend that stayed in there.. said it sinks in the middle. Just an FYI. THANKS! For letting us stay!"

"There are some rentals where they give you barely enough (i.e. 3 towels, 12 knives, 4 spoons, and 1 fork) but that is NOT this rental. This rental seriously has MORE than ANYTHING you could need. We appreciated the abundance of towels/washcloths, eating utensils, outdoor seating, etc. The owner shares the duplex and should anything go wrong, I am confident she would make it right. She is a delightful person and wants to make sure your visit is more than you expect. She is very accommodating...

The pictures are accurate, it’s a big beautiful Wisconsin cabin. Brian and Daniel were extremely responsive to any questions we had, and even shipped some shoes that I left there back to me! We could not have been happier with our stay, and would rent this house again without question."
