“Meine Frau und ich fühlten uns hier leider nicht wohl. Die Bettwäsche roch sehr unangenehm nach Mottenkugeln oder Insektenvernichtungsmittel. Dazu hatten wir einen Käfer im Bett. Wir checkten daher direkt wieder aus, ohne zu übernachten. Wir hatten nur für eine Nacht gebucht. Ein Ersatzzimmer wurde uns nicht angeboten. Bei Reklamation wurde dann behauptet, dass Zimmer wäre in Ordnung gewesen und man hätte uns auch ein Ersatzzimmer angeboten. Zuerst schien man auch noch anzunehmen, dass wir...
