“Management is trying very hard to make this property nice. I had some trouble with the climate control in the room and they should replace the doors to the rooms as they are old and stick. The room was very clean. The linens were clean and smelled nice. Large television. The breakfast could be a little better.”

“Asked for handicap room. Was assigned room but keycard would not work. Attendant did not try rescanning cards but stated, “we’ve been having trouble with the lock in this door”. Assigned much smaller room with step over tub. Was charged $100 fee for “deposit” -has not been removed from credit card bill as of 7/24/2026. Carpet needs major shampoo-socks/feet turned black when walking on carpet.”

“Check-in staff member and/or manager assigned me to a room off the first floor despite informing her of my spinal disabilities. Then placed me directly next door (shared locked door) to a family with two screaming infants and two large or medium dogs that cried and barked thoughout my entire stay from July 4, - July 7th 2027. All the while violating ADA requirements by having sinage advising the elevator would be down every day with specific dates and times not being listed. Then denied and……

“Upon my arrival I checked in as normal. The reception gave me my room key arriving to my room. I opened the door and someone was already staying in the room that I was checked into. I went back downstairs, spoke with the attendant at the desk and told him someone was already in that room. He apologize gave me another room upon arriving that room the room smell of mildew and water damage went back downstairs got another room when I finally got checked into the last room I pulled the sheets back……

“Mold in the shower! There wasnt any bath soap. I couldn't reach anyone for the front desk. Air-conditioning was set at 64 degrees We aren't Polar Bears. Give me a break I cant recommend this place!!!”
