Mayagüez Chalets

Beautiful and romantic. Loved the room amenities,,, and the gardens!

La unica recomendación que les hago es que al menos el televisor cuente con los canales locales, para que los que no son tan tecnológicos almenos puedan ver algo. Al ser solamente smart Tv nunca pude utilizar el mismo

Great property. Food was ok. Staff was very helpful. Hot water for showers. Nice beach chairs and umbrellas to sit on the beach. The room walls/doors are thin. Could hear the lady next door taking on the phone and heard every word. Shampoo/soaps provided. Bed was comfortable. There were lots of kids in the pool always. Had a nice gym for the gym rats like myself! Would recommend.

Entrance is a bit difficult to find, on the left hand side down the lil street but everything else was amazing! From the rooms to breakfast and service! Love it!

Amazing! The service, the food, the room... everything. We were received with kindness and attention to every need could've possibly had. The owners were really sweet! About the rooms: we still think about the bed. It was so incredibly comfortable. Lovely view and the pool we had all to ourselves. Please don't miss the chance to book your stay here! You won't regret it.

They need to pay attention to the little things. The curtain in our room was broken and would not close so as a result the morning sun would hit us right in the face upon sunrise. Most of the usb outlets did not work, the bathroom outlet was loose so if you tried to unplug your cable the complete outlet would come out of the wall, the furniture in the room was stained nasty looking. In the master bathroom you could see the holes where the old light fixtures used to be, the lamp shade next to my...

The place is cozy and the staff is simply great, and the main reason we'll stay there again.

Good place to stay, relaxing, perfect

I absolutely loved this place! Staff were so helpful and nice. The room was nice and clean. We loved that is just a few steps away from town. Breakfast was good. Definitely recommend it and coming back

The room itself was clean, but it was labeled as a partial ocean view room that is on the first floor about four feet from the parking lot, and the only way you could see the view is if you had the curtains open so that everyone saw into your room and if you were looking over the hedges to see the ocean. Otherwise, fantastic location, nice room, and enjoyed our stay. Plus the cleaning was phenomenal.

The best

The hotel is beautiful and clean. The staff were outstanding!!……

La limpieza es excelente. El detalle del coffe room es espectacular.

Excellent!

Our stay was wonderful. Not crowded at all. We felt as if we were the only ones there even though we weren't. The private dipping pool was amazing. There were also two other pools on the grounds. Plenty of hills and roads on hotel grounds for those of us who like to run. The rooms look exactly like the photos on the website. The chef will make your dish however you request it. Keep in mind that your food is made to order so you will wait at least 15-20 minutes for it. The gym is very...

Excelente lugar para pasar unos días con tu pareja y lo mejor de todo es que mi esposa cumplía años y pedí un servicio extra y quedé súper complacido y mi esposa ni se diga 100% recomendado (mil Grs )

Good to connect with the nature Amazing pool area

We loved our stay, swam at the beach and enjoyed strolling at sunrise. Angel got us checked in and settled quickly and when we created a problem Valerie helped out tremendously. Would love to come back. Only Negative: little refrigerator seemed to be stuck on defrost cycle.

Guided only by online reviews, we lucked out by choosing this property for our first-ever trip to Parguera. Zulma and her staff are the perfect hosts and truly understand what hospitality is all about. The location is in a perfectly safe residential neighborhood within walking distance of the pier/main waterfront strip where restaurants/clubs are clustered. We drove there the first night for a bite to eat but walked here on our second night to take a boat tour of the bio-bay. I believe there are...
