“We came to Casa Yati for 8 days from the Huatulco airport by taxi- approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. It is on an isolated stretch of the beach Playa Ventanilla in a local hamlet with a few houses, tourist shops and very rustic eateries. “The AC did not cool past a certain point, but was good enough. The staff seemed kind of careless. Didn't get a welcoming vibe from them. The wifi comes and goes. The water they offer is outside so it's always warm and dusty. Half the building is still under construction. The new concrete rooms look like a cold, gray, bunker. Staying there for multiple days makes you feel like you're in a dungeon. The toilet would shoot water up like a geyser when flushing. The shower is right next to a sliding……
