“El hotel es muy bonito pero tienen varios detalles, no habia agua el ultimo dia, poca presion y no duraba el agua caliente,las sabanas manchadas de tinta, el wifi malisimo, baños de piscina sucios... La bahia esta preciosa”

“It was an amazing place! Just breathtaking and peaceful. The staff was incredibly kind and went beyond the normal routines and expectations! Food was delicious, and so many great meals options on the menu. The infinity pool was my regular hangout, just floating for hours. They even set up an excursion for me to go horseback riding, even the couple who took me out riding were so kind to me and we ended up riding on the beach at sunset. I would recommend this resort to anyone for any type of trip.……

“El dispensador de shampoo de la habitación estaba goteando y la coladera de la regadera tapada. El alcohol en el paquete básico es de pésima calidad. Sin embargo, la comida es aceptable, las actividades que están incluidas me parecen muy bien para el precio y la atención de todo el personal es excelente. Entre las 7am y las 10pm siempre hay centros de consumo disponibles”

“Very nice boutique hotel with nine rooms on a bluff overlooking Conejos Bay. Excellent pool and about a 15 minute walk along a steep trail down to the beach. Room was very nice and many rooms have ocean views. Nice breakfast is included. Food and drinks in the restaurant were also excellent. Staff were very helpful and service was great. I don’t like big all inclusive resorts and buffets so Casa Ceiba was my kind of place and I would highly recommend it for travellers who have similar……

“Very clean room, friendly staff, great location. It is comfortable and great for cooking meals. We were in a 3 bedroom Villa, the bedrooms were air conditioned but not the rest of the apartment. The ceiling fans and patio doors made it a comfortable temperature. Good value for a clean (not super fancy) and quiet apartment!”

“The staff was very nice and helpful. The property was exceptionally clean and decor beautiful. The rooms were very comfortable and we loved the large balcony, patio furniture with the sea view. We felt there should have been more food and desert options. We went to Binguenda a few times for that. Prices are a bit high for Santa Cruz area. This is a place mainly for adults which works for us. Thank you for helping make our trip lovely.❤️”

“La piscina de nuestro cuarto y la general, no se veian tan limpias, mas bien algo sucias, nos fuimos a relajar un par de dias y no pudimos, porque justo frente a mi ventana estaban haciendo unos trabajos en donde estuvieron con maquinas la mayor parte del dia, no pudimos entrar a la playa porque, dijeron que no era época, no nos dejaron mojar ni los pies, la verdad, ni en recepcion ni el salvavidas fueron muy amables, valor-precio para nosotros no valió la pena, expedia te da de cortesia 2 horas……
