"Loved the location and size and layout of the room. Very functional and spacious. Loved that you could get to the large bathroom from bedroom or living area. Full kitchen, Nice fireplace and big balcony. However the place really needs updating. The furniture and carpeting is cheap and dated. That was mostly cosmetic but the real issue was the bed - it was awful. Very squeaky and old. And the balcony furniture was dirty with cobwebs and had a few spiders. And $5 for a water bottle?? Really? Tacky. The coffee packs provided were decent though. The indoor pool and hot tub were nice. Didn’t use outdoor amenities. So if walkable to everything and lots of space is priority then this is great. But if you want a good bed and modern feel skip this."

"Friendly and Helpful. Had a lovely room facing the Harbor and Lake. Quiet when I needed it. Had a spa day but it was very expensive. Loved the water aerobics class in the Spa, wish I could have done it each day but could not afford the spa more than 1 day. Ate at the main restaurant (240?) , delicious food with very good service and felt comfortable eating by myself there. Whirlpool was broken twice which was a disappointment Did not use arcade and fitness room Nice area to hop onto the lake path Swam at LG beach, very clean."

"The room was very clean and spacious, plenty of pillows and towels. The breakfast was decent with options, except nothing for dairy free or gluten free. Even the eggs had cheese one them, so we weren’t able to eat those either. Staff were friendly, yet we didn’t have much interaction."
