Liked the dining area, water display was nice and calming. Staff wasn’t friendly because I booked through Expedia. Basically told me I shouldn’t do that and that’s why we didn’t get breakfast nor was able to checkout early with no refund. Ice machine didn’t work, never got our room cleaned, had to go get towels.

When I made reservations I was told I would be getting free breakfast in the morning came down to get breakfast and was told they didn’t see it anywhere so I had to come out of my pocket for breakfast for 3 kids for 2 days I was upset but I had to feed the kids

Our first impression was not a good one. The exterior of the hotel -mostly the parking lot- was in need of a face lift. We were pleased when we went inside though. We were greeted- not really greeted- and given our room. The room was clean and comfortable. The next morning we went to breakfast. The breakfast that was available for $15 was no different than the free breakfast we had at the Holiday Inn and suites the night before. We also never received maid service with the explanation that daily service was supposed to be implemented last November but this hotel has not been successful in full implementation. We had just had a great stay at another hotel stay the night before, so we were very disappointed in the service at this hotel.
