“All was Great, Customer Service and Location ”

“We had a great one-night stay while passing through Gulfport. Had a wonderful check-in with Victor on the front desk. Room was large and clean. Breakfast was delicious with a good selection.”

“The staff were all very welcoming. Went out of their way to make people feel important. The front office offered us fresh coffee upon our arrival and water. At breakfast the server was helping make waffles for children. A staff member delivering laundry held the elevator door for us to get on first, and for when we got off. The entryway and dining area were decorated for the Christmas holiday making the whole area festive and cheerful. The room was clean and felt like a bedroom not a hotel……

“The location is too close to road so that it's convenient but noisy. Laundry environment is not very clean. We gave up to use the washing machine since somebody left cloth in it for a long time. The bathtub got stuck but was fixed soon.”

“Even though it wasn’t needed I appreciated the host having those items that you may forget at the home available. It really made me feel thought of as a guest. It’s a cozy cabin that is quiet and peaceful yet still close to shops. ”
