“This is my second review Clean room courteous staff excellent breakfast”

“It was almost perfect. The place was very clean. The staff were super friendly and professional. The only problem is that the shampoo and conditioner were out and I didn’t realize it until I was already in the shower. I purposely didn’t buy any the night before because I saw there were pumps of shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom but then the next morning when I went to use it, I realized that the bottles were empty (you can’t tell until you go to pump them). That was my only discrepancy.”

“Worst stay that I have had in 4-5 years.... Came in on a Sunday and had to switch rooms three times as there was an issue with the first two rooms. On Monday when I saw the hurricane was coming through I told the staff that I would be leaving on Thursday morning to keep my family safe. I was reassured that I would not be charged for nights not used as the hurricane was coming and I had to go from MS, AL before I could get safely to Florida where we live. On Tuesday and Wednesday, I talked to……

“The location is too close to road so that it's convenient but noisy. Laundry environment is not very clean. We gave up to use the washing machine since somebody left cloth in it for a long time. The bathtub got stuck but was fixed soon.”

“Got there and room was disgusting. Asked to cancel 4 day reservation because of room. Was not offered any options. Contacted expedia and was told that owner would not refund. Even after checking out of room. There were cigarette burns in sheets. Stains on bedding and walls. I contacted expedia about it with pictures and was told owner wouldn't refund any of the 5 nights.”
