“Fairly new facility, still being built. Minimal furniture - no side tables or a chair to go with the table. Large drapes cover the ac, making it run continuously. House keeping could be better - the bed was not made, just covered with the duvet.”

“When we arrive, the staff was friendly! We enter our hotel room and it was beautiful and clean! We slept good. Breakfast the next morning was awesome, too. I mean not a few food, but a variety of choices to eat. I highly would go back on my next trip there.”

“I depend on these reviews when I choose hotels or restaurants. For that reason I would want others to know the following. The hotel location is fantastic. This was the second time we stayed there. The rooms however are poorly maintained. The floors were dirty. The towels weren’t clean. The toilet wasn’t cleaned. I killed two roaches and saw two others. Until they get their house keeping in order I would strongly recommend finding cleaner accommodations.”

“I did not have a pleasant experience due to housekeeping and dining issues. I waited 45 minutes for a grilled chicken salad that was prepared by an employee using his bare hands to put the salad together. The manager of this food court establishment showed zero interest in trying to rectify this issue because he was too busy entertaining his son. Needless to say, my daughter did not eat the wilted salad topped with a burnt chicken breast. We ended up wasting $17 on a poorly made salad. In……

“I stay often in Pass Christian and this location is perfect, central to Gulfport to Bay St. Louis. 20 mins to airport. Restaurants, bars and beach within steps and downtown near, walkable. Hotel is a little dated, room 203 with 2 dbl beds could use some upgrades, but loved the convenient location, the small patio with chairs overlooked parking area behind building, bed was comfortable and room clean. Would most definitely stay again. The hotel has 4 Floors (Penthouse on 4th), Salon on 1st……

“The location is too close to road so that it's convenient but noisy. Laundry environment is not very clean. We gave up to use the washing machine since somebody left cloth in it for a long time. The bathtub got stuck but was fixed soon.”

“We have been staying here for years as it is the only smoke free property in Biloxi, MS. Food is great at Wahoo’s poolside bar/cafe, breakfast is incredible at Stacks inside the casino and The Cafe has our FAV banana pudding and red velvet cookies (too!) handy when you want some. Nicest people and best view of the marina in Biloxi. As to their casino, it’s not paying out a thing and with all the other great things this resort type property offers, we go play at other places in Biloxi and……
