“This is the 2nd time that I've book an IHG property and when I get there to check-in, they tell me they've sold out of the room type I reserved AND paid for! 2 Queen beds for me and my son! This time, I was there early enough to insist they accommodate my reservation. Not so lucky in Tallahassee last time. The front desk clerk mentioned it was because I booked third party - though Expedia would want to know. In addition, they do not have complementary breakfast.”
