"Brandon was amazing to work with and it was an amazing stay even if it was only for night, me and my grandkids had a phenomenal time! The only thing I would change would be knowing ahead of time that you have to book the canoes and kayaks instead of them coming with the stay. Overall we absolutely loved the place. It was an amazing setup and at night even better with the lights and then the amazing view of the lake! Overall I would say this is a 5 star experience."

"I checked in early after having surgery and my initial room wasn’t available but a kind girl working the front desk made a huge difference and went above and beyond to rectify the situation. I believe her name was Kyra(hoping I’m right because she was fantastic!) but I was in so much pain when checking in my mind wasn’t the best. The first room the stuck us in had an issue with the bathroom door, I called down and the staff came up to help us move everything over to another room. Again excellent customer service. The second room wasn’t supposed to be rented to us as we found out because one bathroom was leaking from the roof. They had a company come out to fix it and again did everything they could to fix any issues. Although it wasn’t smooth all the way through I appreciate that the staff always made me feel like it wasn’t an inconvenience and did so much to help. I would 100% recommend this hotel alone for thier staff, y’all were amazing!"

"I have stayed here several times, and it continues to be a place I really enjoy. Overall, everything was excellent during my stay. The only minor detail to mention this time was the service during check-in, as the staff at the front desk was not as friendly as on previous visits. Aside from that, everything else was great, and I would definitely stay here again."
