"We stayed here for a mini staycation in town. Great place to stay if you're looking for easy access to downtown or the Riverwalk. We had a 1 bedroom suite that was quite bigger than we had originally expected. It even had a small kitchen. The room was clean and spacious with a decent view. No smells or anything abnormal. Easy, convenient, safe, and quiet. Lots of dining options within walking distance and it didn't feel unsafe to walk around late at night but we only stayed within the area or the Riverwalk. Parking is not an option here, or at least we didn't find one, but they do have valet parking. There are parking options in the area if you're looking to pay around $25-$50 per night. We did not pay for parking as we ubered from our residence. Overall, would definitely stay here again."

"I stayed at CitizenM in Austin and honestly, it was amazing. Super clean, modern, and the vibe was just right. The room was compact but really well-designed — everything felt smart and stylish. Loved the techy touches and the cozy bed. Definitely one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in a while. Would 100% stay again."

"I didn’t like that you have to request towels to get clean towels. If you shower twice in one day you have no clean towels. Don’t reuse towels to dry off with. Also have to request for your bed sheets to be replaced. The drinks at the bar pool didn’t seem to have any alcohol in it. I drank 3 drinks and didn’t feel a thing and I’m just a casual drinker. Usually feel an buz after one. Other than this it was an excellent stay. "
