“Phenomenal place to stay quiet and private ”

“By far my favorite place I have ever stayed! Such a beautiful and inviting space and I’m so glad I came across Tree House. ”

“They told me they were out of cream for coffee. Also rooftop bar, you stand in single line to order drinks. No wait staff. They were out of tonic water. They charged $200 for our service dog. The hotel is too expensive for what you get. Rooms are very small.”

“The room was nice but the windows are so thin you can hear everything outside, do not stay in room 939, we barely slept during our 3 night stay. There was also 1 elevator working so getting downstairs from the 9th floor took a ridiculously long time. We would not stay again. ”

“Staff was awesome. Only complaint is I had to park in an overflow parking deck away from property. Not really a big issue. Everything else was awesome ”

“Our stay wasn’t terrible, but the hotel bath room was a little ruff! The ceiling in the bathroom was damaged at some point and they just had a ruff patch over it. Which wasn’t a big deal. The stuff was all very nice and welcoming! ”

“Was under construction so limited options for food. Complementary breakfast nice. Wifi ok”

“Due to road closures we were unable to get to the hotel valet parking. Tried to call the hotel 3 times to find out how they preferred us to get to the hotel. No one would answer the phone. We were able to get to the Sheraton and ask for directions. The staff at the Sheraton were awesome. They told us where to go. A valet for the Westin was suppose to meet us at the entrance of the parking garage but never showed so we drove around the parking structure until we saw the entrance to the Westin.……
