"We got an upgrade to a king room which was very spacious and quiet. Excellent stay and the breakfast was outstanding."

"We stayed here for a college visit with my daughter. We ubered into the city from the hotel. Hotel was very nice and comfortable for our one night stay. They also were kind enough to let us leave our car in the parking lot on checkout day while we went into the city for an appointment. We returned later that afternoon to our vehicle and headed home. Would definitely stay again. "

There are places you can shop if you have free time. We stayed here for three nights and will stay here again if we are in the area."

"Stayed for a small conference. The hotel staff servicing the conference was excellent. The food at the conference was quite good. Facilities were in great shape. Rooms are comfortable, with excellent views of the river and downtown. Loved the rising table for those of us who like a standing desk!"

"Located next to First Ave station, and a block from Smithfield Ave with 24 hour stores, and almost always the cheapest stay in the city. Only downside is the staff isn’t the friendliest. Otherwise great."
