“Everything at the cabin is well thought-through. Very artfully appointed: Kitchen was fantastic, and very comfortable for all 6 of us. It was a great home-base on a very busy graduation weekend. The rain kept us away from using the amazing outside space, and the road was muddy- but the location was very beautiful! ”

I've never spent a night in a straw-bale constructed home before, but after this experience I think I'd like to do it more often. The home is charming, quiet, and peaceful, and maintains a very even temperature inside. “Nice cabin made out of rough cut lumber makes a nice family retreat. Love the building and location that appears to have been built by the owner. Plenty of room for 8 of us with beds with linens and room to spread out. It's on a small cliff side on the lake with a beautiful deck, stairs down to the water, and a dock on the water. I can't believe some old reviews criticize the amount of stairs? It's on a cliff side, what do they want ladders? Crazy. The stairs are very sturdy with a nice hand...

“Amazing little cabin nestled in the woods! 🙂 Beautiful property and the structure itself is super cool to check out. You can tell every log was cut by hand with little personal touches added here and there over the years . It has Everything ya need and nothin ya don't. Its perfect. Beth and Chris we're extremely helpful with everything from check-in instructions to answering any questions I had and even giving me a history of the cabin upon check out. Five stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. “The property was super cute. The hot tub was a great addition. The beds were very comfortable. The only downside was the lack of storage for clothes and toiletries if you are an over-packer like us. It was in a very good location to be wineries and breweries that were on the east side of the lake. ”

“It is a great location rain or shine. The central living room is undersold online as we have had groups as big as 7 indoors all day due to rain without being on top of each other. Everything you need for your stay is there, and if it isn't Mary is able to help. Really a great little spot to relax and enjoy yourself. ”
