"Easy to get to from Heathrow but required taking a bus that we had to pay for. Hotel it’s self was comfortable with a good typical English breakfast"

"Warm welcome at check-in. Room perfect. Other guests could be a bit noisy in the corridor but not the fault of hotel. POD transport very convenient if a little premium compared to 423 bus. Restaurant food was good. Will stay again. "

"The hotel is right next to heathrow, easy for access to the car rental pickup and return. Room was great with everything needed for a short stay, The breakfast buffet was fantastic very high quality, warm and tasty I have paid a lot more for a lesser hotel. Highly recommend "

"The staff were extremely helpful. They took my cases to the room and collected them for me as I had recently had an operation. The room was comfortable and having an arm chair and foot rest was great . I also enjoyed having a small fridge where I could keep milk. The staff at the restaurant were extremely friendly and attentive and the food was delicious. This is an ideal hotel to stay at and so convenient for Heathrow Airport."
