"Thermostats didn’t work. Room temperature reached to 28C. Front desk suggest to provide a fan - I was shocked to hear that. Upon refusing the fan option, changed my room. New room - window wouldn’t close so you can count how many cars passed by. In the morning AC automatically changed to heater and I woke up due to hot room. Old and hard to operate thermostat. Room size although they call it king size bad room was terrible. No sitting spot to sit and put your shoes on. Breakfast is below...

"The overall stay was quite good — the room was clean and comfortable. However, there were a few things that could be improved. Firstly, there was no fridge in the room, which was a bit inconvenient. At breakfast, there was also no cold or even room-temperature milk available for cereal, which limited options for guests who prefer cereal in the morning. Additionally, the chef responsible for the noodle station didn’t seem very enthusiastic about his work. He repeatedly asked guests to restate their orders, which made the process somewhat frustrating. Perhaps implementing a simple numbering system for the noodle options could help both the staff and guests communicate more efficiently. Overall, the stay was satisfactory, but a few small improvements could make the experience noticeably better for future guests. "
