“The room is actually a two bedroom apartment and it worked great for us. Very reasonable price. Direct access to the ocean. Chair and umbrellas are provided. Very quiet area of Cocoa Beach, but not far from some nice places to eat. The patio at night was a great addition to our experience. Very relaxing at night.”

It has all the bells and whistles like high end gas stove, double sinks, beds with soft linens, upgraded kitchen, newly renovated bathroom, and easy keyless entry. The pool was also very clean and a fun place to lounge. Of special note was Elizabeth, who was super quick to respond to my questions, helpful and friendly. I would recommend this place.”
