“My flight was severely delayed. I called to ask what time we needed to check in by. Explained the situation and gave them a 12am arrival time. Originally I should have arrived by 9pm at the property. We had to land at a different airport and we ended up finally arriving at the airport at 1030pm. When we finally got to our rental car we were starving so we stopped to get food. I called the hotel again and told them we wouldnt be there till between 3 and 330am. “The manager Brittany was amazing. My mom had a crown fall in the sink and we asked her to get the maintenance guy- she said that unfortunately they don’t come to work u til night time (it was 8a. When I approached her ). Within an hour she had called in the maintenance guy and he got u to sink and found the tooth !!!!!! This is above and beyond service we are very grateful and thankful she saved us thousands of dollars and it was very caring. She deserves a raise for sure In addition to……

“The staff was always helpful and very pleasant. The facility was clean and easy access. Our issue was the musty smell in the room and the very soft bed. It just wasn't a pleasant sleep for us for the four days we stayed.”
