"Good sized room for single occupant. Friendly staff upon check in.
Am frequently using this hotel chain when travelling around UK.
No surprises or drama at all which is what you need at the end of a busy day. "
"Beautiful hotel with amazing staff and clean comfortable rooms. The Spa was superb, my husband and I had a couples massage. Best we have ever had. The thermal bath in the Spa was amazing as were all the Spa baths. Hotel is in a great location to walk to all the shops and attractions. Look no further book this hotel! "
"We really enjoyed our stay at the Apex hotel in Bath.
From the moment we checked in until we left the staff were amazingly attentive and friendly.
The hotel is in a superb position, in the centre of town, walking distance to everything in Bath.
The hotel is very modern, clean and comfortable.
Our room, a superior double, could not be faulted. Great shower & bathroom and one of the largest, most comfortable beds we have ever slept in!
Breakfast was a buffet style(Hot & cold options), or you could order specialist egg meals from a menu. Lots of choice and all very tasty.
The restaurant has a nice buzz in the mornings without feeling crowded.
The bar area is a great place to de-stress after walking around Baths many attractions. They do some lovely cocktails and have some great wines to offer as well.
The basement leisure spa is a fantastic asset for the hotel.
We virtually had it to ourselves in the afternoons where we enjoyed the pool, sauna & steam rooms.
The massage jets in the pool zone are fantastic for stiff or aching necks, backs and legs!!!
We would not hesitate to stay here again and can'twait to return to the beautiful city of Bath

"We chose to stay in an executive room. The room was clean although I was advised that the accessible room option which I would have preferred wasn't as nice.
We found the bathroom a bit claustrophobic and not suitable for my needs.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
However when we checked in we were advised that there was no access to the phone.
While seeking clarification we didn't the suggestion that we moved to a sister hotel as I am a disabled ,making me feel that we should put or shut up.
I wasn't happy that there was no concessions on the charges for disabled parking and there was only one disabled parking bay per floor.
The breakfast options were varied.
The hot options were fresh and well presented. "
"Another lovely stay. Great staff but under pressure. Bar service slow. No white wine except Chardonnay! Rest of wine menu unavailable.
Great dog-friendly hotel. Super comfortable room. "
