Clean room, quiet building, yummy simple breakfast, 24/7 coffee, and the staff were very kind and gracious.
My husband and I chose this location because we wanted to be in a quiet part of Memphis, but still close enough to see the Blues/Beale St area. It didn't disappoint!
Literally the only problem was that once we got settled in, we notice the door lock wouldn't engage. We piled furniture and luggage in front of it and went to sleep. We decided to just let them know in the morning when we checked out. This was a personal choice, we were exhausted. I recommend asking for another room if this happens to you!
I accidentally left behind some personal property, and they called me immediately. They went above and beyond to help me get my property back, I'm never going to forget!
