Instead of just a hold on the credit card, they actually charged $150 and promised to refund it. I came with a friend and we had one car with one parking spot which was across the street in a garage and you have to park in the black # spaces and tell them the number. After I returned home I found out from my receipt and my friends receipt that they charged us both for parking, when at the desk at the time of check in my friend offered to pay for the parking on their tab. So I only got $100 of my deposit back, scam! The bed was horrible. It was sunken in the middle like 500 lb people were sleeping on it. I couldn't get comfortable at all, I kept rolling to the middle, made my back hurt too. No good sleep at all the whole stay. There is no coffee maker or anything just a sink with a cup. What really got on my nerves was the trash. There was no trash can in the bathroom only one in the living room area with no bag in it. I thought maybe it was just me but when I asked my friend about their trash they said it was the same in their room. The crazy thing was the house keeper went in my room after just one day which I thought was kinda strange and early but maybe thats just me. They made my bed, replaced towels, emptied the trash can that I placed in the bathroom and still did not put a trash bag in it Omg! I ended up using a Walgreens plastic bag after shopping because it just irked me to have to put trash in an bare container. This is the norm for them apparently. Never again!
