This property definitely lived up to all my expectations! The unit had everything I needed, and there was plenty of parking (first come first park garage, then additional designated property parking). Be better if the area was picked up. Trash doesn’t look good all over the property.

Not Germantown, but if you visit Memphis and don't go to Gibson's Donuts, are you really even visiting Memphis? I'm biased, but they're the best.
