“The Grand Hotel Victoria is an amazing property with a warm and friendly staff willing to help at all times. Our stay in a Jr Suite was spectacular, with a deck and expansive views of Lake Como. The rooms were very nicely appointed and the staff was very responsive to cleaning requests, turn down service and requests for things like ice and pillows. The Spa is amazing, with literally something for everyone, whether you like lap pools, waterfall massagers, hot and cold therapies, saunas and so……

“Super clean and comfortable. Not fancy, but nice. Great and friendly service. Good breakfast. Nice pool area. It is a good 12 to 15 minute walk to town, uphill on the way back, but doable. Nice and quite hillside. Great for relaxing with a drink by the pool after exploring other areas of lake como! ”

“Ein schönes Hotel mit renoviertem Zimmer und tollem Ausblick über den See. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, im Poolbereich allerdings nur, wenn man ins Hotel ging und etwas bestellte. Sonst leider dort kein aufmerksamer Service. Der Poolbereich mit Liegen ist klein aber fein, leider zum öffentlichen Lokal nicht durch Sichtschutz abgegrenzt. Frühstück ist sehr überschaubar und jeden Tag das selbe Angebot. Etwas Abwechslung und ein größeres Angebot wäre passend.……

“The property was a joy. The views, the comfort, the historical deals where all an absolute pleasure. We were a large group celebrating a milestone birthday. It fit perfectly for our needs. We had a few issues with the gate at check in, but George was quick to respond and great to work with. Please note, this is a historical villa, so you will have the issues that go along with an older home, but none distracted from our stay, just added character. Thank you for an amazing time! We hope to stay……
