“We booked this geodesic dome because we were traveling to Bluefield for a memorial service and hoped it would be a quiet, secluded place to decompress during an already difficult weekend. Unfortunately, we could not stay there at all.We had paid for early check-in, but when we arrived, the property was clearly not ready for guests. There were hundreds of flies inside, water on the bathroom floor and in the shower pan, a wet towel and washcloth left on the floor, and a used bathrobe lying around.……
