“This place has potential, but needs to greatly improve a few things. First, the pros: the pictures are accurate-ish, the location is excellent and quiet, and the a/c and pool will keep you cool during even the hottest days. Now the cons…first, I don’t understand those that praise this place on cleanliness. There were visible dust bunnies hanging from the archways, on the windows and on the storage units in the bedrooms. “Although the house was nice and the people who ran it were nice, the plumbing did not work for half the trip. We picked this spot so we could cook our own meals, but as it turned out, we couldn't because there was no water or no hot water for 3 of the 6 days. Of course that meant no showers or flushing toilets as well which is a problem in the heat of Mexico. The owner sent plumbers to fix the problem on two days but as it turns out the neighbourhood infrastructure cannot support the water……
