“One block from the beach, good restaurants, a convinience store nearby. We were there for R&R so this was a great spot. The reason I gave, one particular staff at check-in a poor rating is because I had to argue with the guy to give me the room I had paid for. He wanted to give a room next to the small pool on the first floor although I had paid for ocean view. We argued a bit more and one of his co-workers stepped in and helped resolve and clarify the situation. The two women in the morning get……

“We had a wonderful time in Progreso and the hotel was at a perfect location. The beach with its turquoise water is only steps away, so are many restaurants and bars.
The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional.
We will come back some day.”
