Staff was friendly. They are in the process of renovating but you’d never know it because we were not disturbed once and the facility was immaculate. We did get a newly renovated room and it was very clean. The full hot and cold breakfast bar was yummy.

The property had some minor renovations going on, however the work did I not interfere with our stay. The staff was very helpful,our flight was 6 hours delay that put us at the property at 4:00am the following day. A call to the facility making them aware of the delay they were able to check us in and have our room keys readily available. Very seamless I thought this was very accommodating of the staff.i enjoyed my stay.

When we first checked in we were sent to a room that had a terrible odor in it. My husband spoke with the desk clerk and he was very kind and immediately offered to move us across the hall. When entering the second room, it was such a pleasant smell. Very clean and nice room. He did take the time to walk into the first room as and he was certainly able to smell the odor. He apologized and said he would make a note of the odor. Im sure he turned in a work order for the first room.
