"We stayed in one of the lovely apartments, a short walk from the hotel. It was such a nice place to stay. The staff member at the hotel was really helpful with giving us directions to the train station for the following day too. "

"Location is SUPERB. Steps into St Marco Sq. On a basin which houses Gondolas. You can sit out on the basin and what the Gondoliers at work. So pretty. Staff were fabulous. Lovely bar and bar tender - played blues for me. Breakfast included. We had a basin view room on the corner which was beautiful. Comfy bed and good linen. I have been to Venice many times, and can highly recommend this hotel. Very romantic, old world charm and comfortable. "
"Clean spacious room and bathroom. Great location and view. All staff from check in to restaurant staff were friendly, helpful, kind. Would stay there again and recommend to others. "
