Beautiful boutique hotel with amazing staff, restaurant and facilities. However, rooms on lower floors facing Collins Avenue have some noise from the street and neighboring venues until about 4 am. Will request a back facing room on a high floor next time.

I was put in a room that was on the north side of the property, overlooking the bar next-door. The first night was very loud, but I was accommodated and moved to the south end of the building the following night. My second room was very quiet and comfortable. If you are someone who goes to bed at a decent hour, I would definitely ask for a room on the south end. Hotel staff was very accommodating, the location was amazing, right across the street from the beach, and plenty of places to eat and shop. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy. I’d stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The entire hotel staff was friendly - from the front desk staff to housekeeping! Our room was refreshed and replenished everyday and the access to the beach chairs was a plus. The location was also really great - short walk to the beach, across from a CVS, many restaurants on the same street and walking distance from Lincoln Road Mall. The complimentary breakfast was simply croissants & drip coffee, but it was ok to get the day going while sitting in the courtyard. The only downside is that the room was pretty small and so was the pool. Overall, it was a pretty good stay at a decent hotel.

Really good hotel and location. The restaurant is actually pretty good. Better than your typical hotel restaurant. Our room was on the smaller side and the flooring wasn't well maintained and there was a big stain near the table. Overall though a great experience.
