Full kitchen, with the Stowe, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, granite counter top. Direct access to the beach and swimming pool. Very Secure building. Excellent location, convenient to everything. Supermarket, restaurants, shopping in walking distance. Decompressing after our cruise

Beautiful clean room with an awesome view, but the construction noise was a little bit of a bummer! Would go back again after the construction is complete.

Great, private location

This area was great to stay at, food was excellent on-site and nearby restaurants. We rented a car for this stay only because we wanted to make 2 trips and figured the Uber/Lyft charges would be about the same cost and the rental gave us the freedom to do a bit more sight seeing too.

We enjoyed our vacation very much.

Overall everything about this place was very good and we enjoyed it very much. The hotel was amazing, the veiwes, and the neighborhood. Very clean apartment in very clean and safe neighborhood. We would to come back again.

Wonderful stay!

The unit was beautiful and the location was great. The owner was very accommodating and super quick to respond. She even allowed us to switch our dates when a sick relative changed our plans. So grateful. Would stay here again!

Escape from the cold.

The condo was great, hotel staff helpful and friendly. We found the beaches immaculate and groomed daily. I cannot say enough about the pool and beach staff for being polite, courteous and attentive. People should b made aware of the damage deposit in advance. For security reasons, I only travel with 2 lower limit credit cards and the deposit made us more careful with spending.

Spring break 2024

Spring break vacation with my husband. Wonderful beach and view from this one bedroom condominium. We did not even need a car. Lots of restaurant options within walking distance. A Publix right across the street!

Mother/Daughter Taylor Swift Concert Trip

We had a great time in this beautiful condo! The view was breathtaking! We walked to the Publix which was right down the street. The resort staff was so professional and helpful! We got back early in the morning and the valet staff was there to greet us and ask how the concert had been! IF we ever come to the Miami area again, we will definitely stay in this condo again! Thank You!

Weekend Getway

I had booked this property for my mother and aunt for 5 days. Lilya was very helpful at answering questions that I had about the location of the property. She was quick to answer messages and inquiries. The property was clean, with lots of extra linens, full kitchen amenities and a beautiful view of both the city and ocean. Room with a view!

The host was very responsive! Room was spotless upon arriving in the room. The room is located on the side of the building which gives both a city and ocean view, which we loved! Beach is nice and quiet. We appreciated having the option to cook in the fully stocked full size kitchen in the room, although we didn’t cook much. The resort staff is very friendly too. Only a slight con(has nothing to do with the host or the interior): Be mindful that there is construction right next to the building if you’re there during the week. Luckily we came on a US holiday weekend and Monday wasn’t too noisy. But I can imagine as they continue to build, it could get noisy during the day.

We came to Sunny Isles to attend the formula one race and a relaxing weekend. Marenas resort is nice with excellent staff. Really enjoyed Ava and yoga in Sunday night. Pool area is small but didn't use because of fabulous beach steps away. Discovered restaurants close by and Publix market within walking distance. Had pizza in resort which was not good first night. Would not recommend. Suite we stayed in needed more thought to amenities. Recommend more towels, only 2 available, literally 2. No washclothes or hand towels. A box of Kleenex would be nice. Discovered tea is cabinet but very little sugar. Written guide to what is nearby and resort policies and amenities. Parking is only valet and additional fee per day. Water did nut drain well in tub. More pillows for the bed, only 2 available. Would be nice if silverware matched instead of hodgepodge. Carpet is soiled.A Enjoyed resort but actual suite needs attention.

Wonderful!

The view from the balcony is stunning. You cannot get a better view of the ocean in Miami. Yes, there is construction going on next door, but the doors block out 95% of the sound and it doesn’t take away from your stay. Liliyana was very quick to respond to every message (within the hour.) The property was clean, and the beach access here was fantastic. You can also rent towels, chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys. There is both a sauna and fitness center here as well. The VRBO is in a great location for walking to several restaurants, and there’s also a Publix grocery store nearby. I will say to make sure you thoroughly read the description. It is $30 a night to park your car because valet is the only option, and an additional $35 a night for resort/administration fees. This took us by surprise.

Very Satisfied!

My husband and I booked an impromptu trip to Sunny Isles and found this property. So glad we did! The accommodations in the unit were perfect for us. There are additional resort fees and parking fees when you check in but those fees were disclosed in the description so there were no surprises there. The resort staff were all amazing and extremely welcoming! Great view from balcony. It’s actually on the side of the building but still a really great view of the ocean. The room had a few beach towels for us to use and the laundry detergent and toiletries were a nice touch. Wished there was a cookie sheet and large frying pan for cooking though. The ONLY negative was the extremely slow drain in the bathtub. And maybe the construction next door but that’s out of their control. We didn’t really notice it much. Would definitely book this unit again.
