I WAS UNHAPPY THAT THEY DID NOT INFORM ME THAT I HAD TO REQUEST CLEANING OF THE ROOMS. THEY ONLY CLEAN EVERY 3 DAYS . I ONLY SLEPT THERE LATE NIGHT AND LEFT EARLY MORNINGS .

Came to the hotel and was greeted with miserable receptionist , went to room to get ready and when moving the sheets , there was An unlabeled medicine bottle with pieces of Brillo pads in it that fell on the floor . It looks like it was paraphernalia. We reported it and asked to switch rooms, the hotel attendant said she would send housekeeping to make sure our room was up to standard and they never came. We had to leave the hotel that evening and when we came back at 3am , no one was available to do the room inspection . The shower and toilet looked used and had hair from someone Else, the fridge had food stains and the beds had lint on the sheets and looked used . Very disappointed and disgusted in the cleanliness and integrity of the hotel. Won’t be back.

Red Roof Inn Plus is very close to the MIA and has everything needed for an overnight stay. The shuttle driver - Yogi- was very friendly and helpful and gave the warm welcome we needed at the airport.
