Living room has 2 day beds sofas (twin size) and a pull out bed ( also twin) cable, Wi fi, TV. Dining room table for 4 with wine rack. New kitchen with full appliances, including dishwasher, washer and drier. Small building with pool. Unit is located at ground level in front of the pool. One parking space.

Wonderful stay!!

Loved our time here in Key Biscayne! This property is perfect for a couple or a small family. It’s a 7 min walk to beachfront, and you can get to any restaurant on the main street within 2-15 min walk from the place. Ana is very communicative and flexible, and has a few beach chairs/towels/umbrella to make the beach experience even better. Would absolutely stay here again!

The apartment is very clean and has all the comforts of home! The apartment is in a great location, near the pool and just a short walk to the beautiful beach, restaurants, grocery store, and dog park! Ana, the host was very sweet and provides helpful information about the area. A great place to go if you’re looking for relaxation or a place close to Miami without the crowds.

Communication with the host was excellent. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The Winn Dixie across the street was so convenient. We loved being able to walk to the beach and multiple types of restaurants. Definitely recommend.

We have rented this unit 4/16/25-4/26/25. Had a wonderful time there. Ana is very responsive and flexible owner, she was eager to meet our needs. At the same time she respected our privacy and we have heard from her only when we needed something. Check-in and check-out process was easy and smooth. Five stars all the way. We really liked the location too, easy walk to shopping centers, a variety of places for coffee or food, easy to get in and out by car, and still very quiet. Everything we could have needed was provided. The unit was perfect for us and could accommodate parents with 2 or 3 small children, too. Our host is wonderful as well, thank you so much, Ana!

Key Biscayne week

We wanted a safe, clean, local place to stay while in Key Biscayne. We wanted to eat in local restaurants, walk where we needed to go and walk the beach. This place was perfect for us. Our property manager/owner Anna was available to us for any question (we had problems making the tv work for us) and came over quickly. I would return here gladly.

It served our purpose, but I was not comfortable after spotting tiny bugs in the kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. Other than that, it seemed to be clean and cute. It is a tight space for a family of 4. The kids loved it, especially the pool.

Wow! After a long day we made it to the place and was so absolutely pleasantly surprised to walk into a perfectly clean and very functional house. Ana left great instructions and was very responsive to any questions we had both before and during the stay. Very close to private beach which was lovely. Two beach chairs and awesome beach towels available for the beach. Two minutes away from grocery store and the kitchen had everything we needed. Could see myself living there permanently! (Seriously, if you ever put it on the market, let me know). Air conditioning was good and pool was clean

Wonderful unit in a great location!

The location is fantastic and is walking distance to pretty much everything. The unit is clean and small but configured well. Our family with 2 young kids were comfortable. While the pool is also small, we enjoyed it very much. Our only issue was the air conditioning system is quite loud and abrupt while starting up and kept us awake on the first night. The condenser is attached to the bedroom wall and it doesn’t look like much could be done to remedy the situation short of swapping it out for a quieter unit. We worked around this issue by running the air conditioning during the day and shutting it off at night. The timing of our trip was such that it was cool enough at night to do this.
