You can’t beat the location of this hotel. There are many restaurants and a Walgreens and a Publix grocery store all within anywhere from a minute to seven minute walk yes it is an older hotel in maintenance be as clean as it could be, but for the price, it was great. This is the second year in the row and me and my wife have stayed there. Mr. Chilling

Beautiful pool/ocean front view. Comfy. The people staying next to me kept leaving trash outside so that was disgusting then I saw a huge roach by my door but other than that I enjoyed my weekend stay. People are just gross.

It is easy to see that this hotel was once a beautiful resort but you can definitely see signs of aging. It would be nice to see it revived a bit. We see great potential. Definitely ok for the price. Nice beach access and welcoming pool. Breakfast could be improved, misleading that you are getting it for free. The restaurant on the premises looked nice but we were informed it had been closed down for a month. Lobby was consistently warm and old ballroom doors should be closed if using as storage. Also, we have never stayed at a hotel that did NOT have their own parking!!

The pool was closed our first day which was disappointing. It looked like some possible water damage in some spots. It was a nice room the bed was super squishy which I love so that was great! We had an ocean view balcony room and the view was amazing! My biggest issue was no fault of the hotel was the mountains of the brown seaweed on the beach and in the water. I would definitely stay again

Overall, this is a great beach hotel for the price, especially considering how easy it is to access the beach. The pool area was also fantastic and a major highlight of our stay. The hotel itself is a bit older, but it’s still decent and comfortable. My only real complaint was the breakfast—it really wasn't the best at all and could be way better for what we paid. Still, a good value overall for a beach trip.

Our room was very clean but impossible to get hot water when showering. The elevator is really slow and only one was working. The pool was very nice and clean. The beach was great and nice to have loungers with an umbrella. The one lady behind the desk was very nice and even helped us print out our luggage tags, the others don't want to make eye contact. The breakfast is really just coffee and grits or oatmeal. Honestly, I feel at this price point for an oceanfront hotel it's not horrible.

Property was nice and staff was friendly. Hotel is very understaffed. Due to being so understaffed, there was long wait times at the front desk at almost all hours. Rooms were cleaned daily. Ocean view was nice. Hotel breakfast was not as expected. Fruit, toast, and cereal is what was offered. Anything else (including eggs, bacon, sausage) was for an additional charge. Not filling at all and not worth going down for it. Pool was closed for an unexpected repairs but hotel was quick to reimburse the resort fee for the inconvenience.

I really liked this hotel and I would go again. My view was amazing, the pool area was great, the free beach chairs were such a great perk. All of the staff members were nice and helpful. My room was so clean. The breakfast was an average continental. No complaints there. I’d say the only things that I didn’t love was the one elevator for a whole section (I had to wait a lot) and some standing water around the pool area. Both very minor things when you consider all the good, but I don’t want to leave anything out.

Honest review: The staff were so nice, attentive, and helpful. The facility is nice but it is an older looking hotel. You notice it when you get on the elevator or when you see your actual hotel room. It’s just a little ran down. It’s not bad but it’s also not amazing either. A typical 3 star hotel.

This hotel is a good value if you want access to a decent pool and beach access. The hotel needs a major update and it feels very worn and dated. If you can overlook that and are willing to wait hours for pool towels and can deal with a single working elevator...this place is for you!! Management needs to address the issues and should invest some money to update the property and free breakfast offering...salami and cheese...really!!

I had a 4 day, 3 night stay at this quote on quote resort. Once entering the resort, it was quite warm in the lobby. The room AC worked great though. There was a sign at the front desk saying pool was closed today. Actually the pool was closed all 4 of the days we were there. None of the staff could give details why. Room was clean, but on the last day we woke up to a large cockroach crawling up the wall smh. The resort is oceanfront, which is a plus. Beach chairs and umbrellas provided were convenient. There was no breakfast provided really. If you wanted eggs, bacon, etc., it was extra. All in all, would I stay there again..no!

The property denotes lack of upkeep, the pictures dont really speak to the real state of it. The room was old but relatively clean but shower and hair dryer didnt work. 1 elevator was not working and the other had problems with the doors (dont know how it passes inspections). I loved this property. It’s was right on the beach, always clean, free breakfast, and the staff was always nice and professional. The ice machine, microwave, and coffee are on the main lobby floor in a room. This was one of the cons, but I got use to it. I will say make sure you are booking the correct room. I thought I booked double beds, ocean view with balcony according to the photos and listed room amenities but, instead it was a partial ocean view with no balcony. The partial was still nice. There was a window the size of a door from top to bottom, so we had a full view of the ocean and the neighboring hotel’s pool. Overall, it was an awesome stay. Restaurants right across the street and Publix .3 miles away. It was just a 10 minute walk.

The hotel is in serious need of repair. Our oceanfront balcony was disgusting, chairs dirty with a very low wall - dangerous! Balconies are adjoining so beware. The pool water was green and the visible pool area looked terrible, boarded up doors, paint peeling and electrical pump issue taped off at the corner of the pool. Our rooms were clean enough but unfortunately, we were booked in the “OLD TOWER” - if you book after reading this review, ask for the new tower. The included breakfast was adequate but very minimal. I booked two rooms on same Expedia reservation. At check-in, front desk only had one room reserved in my name. 90 minutes later, Expedia advised the hotel the second room was under another name in my group. It is extremely curious to me that there is no connection with an Expedia itinerary when two rooms are booked on the same reservation. This was a terrible experience.
