Great view of the ocean and easy access to beach. It was not at all easy access to hotel staff for cleaning and other requirements. My washroom has problems of shower and drain but managed with it. Only one person at reception in day time and stays pretty busy and people waiting in long queue

The room we had on mezzanine was spectacular. Would definitely go back for the view and balcony alone! On the down side I was very b disappointed that the outdoor hot tub was not working and there is no self parking options. You must valet car and they need to improve the valet situation as I had to wait 15 minutes each time to get the car

In General, the stay is way below 3 stars standard that I have ever seen may be 1 star max, Rooms Not clean and smelly Broken air-condition old controller and not working that made us stay in a freezing cold room for 3 days Dirty Old Carpet in the Corridor Elevators are mal functioning on a daily bases at the checkout time from 10 to 1 PM – you may stay 45 minutes easily to get down from your room old broken room furniture , and ceramic tiles unbelievable lobby dirty bathroom No response to complaints even by expedia representatives Vale parking stays for hours to bring your car – process to get your car needs long lines and long wait time specially from 10 to 1 during the checkout period Kitchen don’t have water boiler or Ketel or a single heating device other than microwave to prepare anything inside the room like breakfast. Nothing to do on the stay like coffee shops restaurants or activities Rooms have no insulation you can easily live and listen to all details of your next door visitors and I mean allllll details and even if you are walking on the outside corridor you can know what is happening inside each and every room and if you are talking on the phone they will come out to ask you to lower your voice (very cheap old sound transparent doors)
