“There was nothing we didn't like about the Hotel. The whole hotel has had a massive upgrade / renovation and for the cost of the accommodation, it represents top value.

“The only satisfactory feature was the restaurant à la carte food for dinner. The room was very poor for a Wyndham property. There was dirt and stains in the room walls, the cleanliness of the sheets was questionable, the bathroom walls were dirty, the tub caulking was poorly done and very grimy, the floor tile grout was dirty/stained around the tub, the bed creaked with the slightest movement, the provided glasses were covered in fingerprints, and the tea kettle had not been cleaned in some……

“We stayed overnight at The Langley for a spa day and it was a beautiful experience from beginning to end. The hotel is stunning — elegant, well kept, and with a real sense of occasion the moment you arrive. We were kindly upgraded to a Courtyard Room, which was gorgeous and added something special to the stay.

“The location is remote, peaceful and lovely. It's an old building and full of character with huge, comfortable rooms. All the staff were helpful. Breakfasts were a little limited, but adequate. We didn't enjoy the one dinner we had, but it was good value. Overall I'd recommend this hotel for its excellent value accommodation and location.”

“We had a fantastic stay at the butchers arms.
They were very friendly and helpful. We had a problem with another hotel and Andrew and his team couldn’t do enough for us. What a lovely place to stay.
Very clean place. Bed was super comfy had a fantastic nights sleep.
We will definitely stay again if in the area. Thank you Andrew and all the team for looking after us. 😊😊”
