"I have booked many vrbos, the photos of the listing are always where you actually stay. I booked a two bedroom cabin from charlie upon arrival the house was not the house! I messaged charlie prior to checking in order to get check in process… no response…upon arriving All 5 beds were in the same room, the house was not what we paid for in the listing! "I did not rate this 5 stars as it was barely a 1.This hotel was a nightmare from the start when i tried to check-in! Despite my showing the manager I had a confirmation number for 2rooms/4nights/6 people,he only had 1 room and suggested we share the 2 queen beds! He did come up with a mini suite for the first night and could find a second room for the last 2 nights leaving me to find an alternative. Unless you have death wish, I would book elsewhere as I'm sure the health department would shut it down. There's mold on the walls (don't stay on the 3rd floor!), room carpets are disgustingly filthy and housekeeping has no idea what theirnob entails. Wet towels(3days) were never collected, waste baskets never emptied, beds made with sheet over duvet ... This was must a bigantic germ fest!!"
