“First let's start with the good things....the room was a good size and it was clean. However everything needs to be updated. There are light switches that don't turn on anything, the desk chair had a burn mark in it, the outlet next to bed had multiple items plugged into it and quite honestly made me nervous. The staff was friendly when we checked in but that was our only interaction. Now the negative things.. When we tried to watch tv we got a message that said no signal and suggestions of……

“Perfect little beach cottage for a summer getaway. Host is great too, super helpful in every way. From check in, responsiveness, suggestions in neighborhood, she went above and beyond. Just a block from the beach too! Was a perfect spot.”

“Rooms are tents, that should be taken in as a consideration. They are extremely comfortable tents, with everything you need. Now that is said. They are great and the views! The views! They are worth it, in every way. Never seen the city like this as an out of towner. The whole experience was amazing fun. Especially for NYC. Safe, open , friendly, cool historic places and food availability is great! Ferrying over was fun easy and fast. Pick up at boat was easy. Check in was very easy and……

“Waiting for elevators took ages. Asked for house keeping at 8am, no one came to clean when I went back at 2:30 pm. Had to go down to concierge to ask for housekeeping as the call to concierge was on hold for more than 5 minutes. The concierge staff called house keeping in front of me and gave me a dirty look saying loudly to the housekeeper that the customer is complaining.”
